I want to personally thank Daniel Speck for his huge effort to lease my property at 182 McLeod Road. He worked tirelessly through the Xmas/New Year period to introduce prospective tenants. When a tenant didn’t quite fit, he would endeavour to find solutions.
I have spent my working life in cars and property and can recognise a professional sales person. High on the list – integrity, knowledge and commitment – Daniel possesses them all.
At the end of the day, if a landlord and a tenant can shake on a deal and walk away knowing they both have a great deal – the agent can say they have done their job well. Daniel most definitely has achieved this.
We first met David Turner from Commercial Realty in 1997 where we bought, and a few years later sold, a unit situated in Highbrook. Since then, TVH have bought two more units through David and have also leased another warehouse in the same block. David also sold both these units, 8 years later.
More recently David was instrumental in helping TVH with a large design build project in Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki. We have found David to be of good character and honest with his knowledge in the East Tamaki Industrial market. A business and I have 8 Workshop Units in Takanini, which we built and managed from the beginning.. About a year ago, as we are getting a little older and looking toward more playtime, we decided to look at getting a Property Manager to take over the running of the property.
