Annalise completed her Bachelor of Property Degree at the University of Auckland. After discovering an interest for commercial property management through her degree, Annalise joined the Commercial Realty team at the beginning of 2019. She has enjoyed starting her career in a collaborative environment working alongside a very knowledgeable and experienced team, whilst being provided with opportunities to grow.

Annalise is a highly organised individual, who manages part of the property management portfolio. She has fostered strong relationships with her landlords, tenants and contractors and is prepared to go the extra mile to get a good result for her clients.

She has experience with carrying out remedial and renovation projects across the management portfolio, working closely with her clients to maintain and improve the performance of their assets. Her strong communication skills and eye for detail has led to success in her role and she looks forward to the continued development of her property management career.

In Annalise's spare time she enjoys trying out new restaurants with friends and spending time at the family beach house in the Coromandel.
