The challenge is the day to day maintenance of a multi tenanted retail site with food outlets open nearly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A busy site with a lot of customers requires a high level of engagement. When we came onboard the elderly owners were finding the situation overwhelming.
We put in place a regular maintenance programme with preferred suppliers who are also available on call out to handle any issues that occur. We also developed a plan to address lease renewals and rent reviews and are managing those negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.They also requested we manage the book keeping and accounts for the property, which we do.
