Commercial Realty Limited commenced in 1989 as the commercial franchise operator in South Auckland for Challenge Realty Limited and initially traded as Challenge Commercial Realty MREINZ.
It became an independent realtor in 1994.
Commercial Realty’s philosophy from the outset was to set up and operate a niche realty firm, utilising a select team of successful and experienced consultants domiciled in the industrial heartland of South Auckland. This enables us to have more focus on a limited number of properties so as to provide a superior, more personal service and success rate. Commercial Realty Limited has always specialised in “agency” (selling and leasing) work only so as to avoid any potential conflicts of interest that can arise when a realtor also carries out other disciplines such as property management and valuation work.
